This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") discloses the privacy practices for TheBOSS, a software program marketed by OptiMation LLC. By registering your information with us and/or by otherwise using TheBOSS you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the provisions of this Privacy Policy. From time to time, OptiMation may introduce new products and services. To the extent that these new products and services affect this policy, this policy will be updated and, if possible, you will be informed of any changes in privacy conditions related to these services.
1. What is TheBOSS?

2. What information does TheBOSS collect and how is it used?
PERSONAL INFORMATION: When using TheBOSS, you may have the opportunity to provide certain personally identifiable information ("Personal Information"). All submissions of Personal Information are voluntary and will be utilized to provide product information to you at your request and for such other purposes disclosed in this Privacy Policy. We may use Personal Information submitted to TheBOSS to contact you about OptiMation's products and services.
Because of our commitment to present the best possible product to all our users, we track the category of services selected by our individual users as well as all information pertaining to user satisfaction. To ensure the quality of our product, we reserve the right to maintain evaluation and feedback records.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION: Because of the nature of our product, we must collect certain Personal Information from customers including (at minimum) their first and last names, email address, company name, billing contact information, billing payment method and a password. We will use this Personal Information to provide you with access to and use of TheBOSS services. Your email address may be used to send you periodic newsletters from OptiMation and TheBOSS and it may be used by us on the behalf of third-party advertisers, but only with your express opt-in consent. We use the Personal Information and other data collected to deliver services, process payments, update our records, communicate with you about products and services and generally maintain your accounts with us.
BUSINESS INFORMATION: From time to time OptiMation may dial-in to a customer's computer to do various installation tasks, troubleshooting and training functions. Customer's Business Information viewed during these sessions is considered confidential to the TheBOSS business account holder. We will not view Business Information except as necessary to appropriately support the customer in achieving optimization of the customer's business. We may also view the customer's Business Information for the purpose of anticipating, diagnosing, supporting or resolving any problems that might limit or disrupt the quality of your TheBOSS experience. TheBOSS does not use cookies.
SURVEYS: We may occasionally conduct surveys and ask our users to volunteer demographic information to be used on an aggregate basis for internal market research, presentation to advertisers and joint research projects with outside companies involved in product development. We use such information to better focus our services and personalize the scope of services offered to each individual user. Such information will not be passed to third parties without your prior consent unless where required by applicable law.
3. With whom does OptiMation share my TheBOSS Personal Information and Other Data?
OptiMation products and services by necessity require us to provide some Personal Information to third parties. We may occasionally employ other companies to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include, but are not limited to, processing credit card payments, sending postal mail and email, analyzing data and providing marketing assistance. These parties have access to Personal Information needed only to perform their functions and may not use it for any other purpose. Further, they must process the Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Also, in the event that TheBOSS, OptiMation or substantially all of its assets are acquired, Personal Information will be one of the transferred assets. Occasionally we send offers to select groups of TheBOSS customers on behalf of other businesses. When we do this, we do not share your Personal Information with the other businesses. Users can opt out of promotional emails at anytime, but will still receive communications such as receipts, confirmation emails and customer service updates that are considered necessary to provide the service to you. We reserve the right to disclose your Personal Information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.

4. How can I review and update my Personal Information or opt out of OptiMation's collection, use and distribution of my Personal Information?

To change your email subscription status to receive or to stop receiving marketing communications or third-party promotions administered by OptiMation or to opt out of OptiMation's collection, use and distribution of your Personal Information as stated above, please a request can be made to info@The-BOSS.US
This Privacy Policy is subject to change. If we are going to use your Personal Information in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection, we will notify you via email. You will have a choice as to whether or not you consent to the usage of your Personal Information in a different manner. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect Personal Information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our Web site notifying users of the change.
5. How does OptiMation protect my information from loss, misuse or alteration?
OptiMation uses industry-standard protocols to safeguard the confidentiality of Personal Information. However, we cannot guarantee that all communications via the Internet will be completely secure.
