Daniel's contribution to society has been to isolate a process or a problem and offer a solution, using a computer system. He has been designing computer software systems for over 40 years.

- As a pioneer in the computer industry, he designed statistical & Market Trending systems for AC Nielsen & Company, the world's leader in market research.

- Created many innovative systems for Consolidated Foods and Kitchens of Sara Lee which automated their daily method of operations.

- Taught classes and gave seminars on Management Sciences for Honeywell Institute of Information Sciences.

- As a Senior Director he spearheaded numerous statistical Peer Review programs for Blue Cross Association.

- In 1980 Daniel became disenchanted with the corporate world and started his own company, OptiMation LLC. Along with a small staff of talented programmers, their first project was to create a turnkey store management system to operate all aspects of Pearle Vision stores. Besides the superb daily business operating features, it opened the door for paperless office technology. It's hallmark was a special "Calling" feature, which replaced the old ineffective postcard method of recall, and resulted in a predictable sales increase of an average of 20% in just a few months. It became the system of choice for many of the privately owned stores in USA.

- Being an entrepreneur at heart, Daniel became involved with a number of Network Marketing companies and for few years had a successful part-time Amway business.

- In 2005, Daniel met and fell in love with Alina, who was and still is, a high-ranking Independent Consultant with Tahitian Noni International. Daniel was amazed that she was running a 2.3 MLN business using index cards, binders, and post-it notes. That's how the idea of creating "TheBOSS" was born.

With Daniel's extensive and successful experience in creating relationship building software, paperless office techniques and office procedures, Network Marketing and statistics Daniel was suddenly struck with a VISION: to integrate all the solutions he has ever implemented to solve the mystery of success in network marketing and offer a powerful & effective simple system to achieve that success. He knew if he could do this, people would break the doors down to get it. His vision was so great; so awesome; so wonderful, unbelievable and incredible that it also seemed undoable at first.

Well, the vision of TheBOSS all came together. It is incredible how he could possibly deliver TheBOSS - the promise was so huge.
